So, Nottingham Forest have been held to a 1-1 draw by Conference South side Weymouth in the first round of the FA Cup. A new low?

This is now just plain embarrassing. At least Mansfield and Notts County got a win each. As for The Reds ... give up, go home and hang your heads in shame.

You could always give soccer a miss and come and watch some proper football at Nottingham Rugby Club who won yesterday 55 - 3. They are also in the top 25 clubs in the country as opposed to the 55-65 clubs.

This is why football is the "beautiful game" All things are possible. I do`nt somehow think that Brian Clough would have been amused though.

Forest are bound to lose, that's just the way the season is going. Go Weymouth! <laugh>

Weymouth will make it tough, but there's no way we can lose surely. Have some faith!

They will make it tough but surely Forest will come through?

Last year Forest took Spurs to a replay at the City Ground and then they battered us... Similar sort of thing do you think?

Perhaps Forest should merge with Notts County and become Nottingham City?

I think Nottingham would then have a chance of having a top team again.

Any thoughts on this?

I think it would be better for them to sell their grounds then they could be developed into park and ride sites. <smiley>

Please check "message six" I said three goals and there were two. Not a bad prediction though.
