We were inundated with unwanted calls from call centres and because our number was close to a doctors surgery number many patients rang us. All this has now stopped. We had no trouble setting the unit up as it comes with three booklets very clearly explainig all the functions of the unit.We thought we needed a software update but a quick email to Truecall and a very speedy reply confirmed we did not. Our only comment would be - to be able to hang the unit on a wall as we were limited to shelf space for it to stand on. Apart from this a great unit. Tue 06 Oct 2009 15:47:59 GMT+1
