Having discovered the joys of art and writing at University a two week work placement at the Big Issue Magazine turned into a career when I decided I was having too much fun to leave. Eventually they had to start paying me. Officially turning freelance as an art writer and commentator the joys of constantly being moved, surprised and confused by contemporary art plus an addiction to warm wine and cold canapes means that again I'm having too much fun to leave. Hopefully editors will still keep paying me.
