The last I heard, the Saatchi Gallery on the South Bank was a good place to see some of his stuff but that was a few years ago now. I saw Mask and Dead Dad there. Stunning, both of them.

I hadn't heard of Mueck then, I just walked in and was confronted with this enormous, too-human face frowning down at me and a little corpse on the floor. It was great.

He doesn't have his own gallery and I'm afraid that the Saatchi gallery on the South Bank shut down a little while ago and isn't open again unilt 2008 I don't think. I don't think that he's on anywhere in London at the moment, but it's worth doing some research to see if he's coming up anywhere.

Aargh, it just occurred to me; did some of Mueck's work melt in the big fire? That would be bad, very bad.
