Film: Miller's Crossing [Joel Coen, 1990]
by: Mike  Saturday 07 December 2002
I must be one of the few people who have never seen this film. I think it's the second to last film I have to see before completing the whole Coen Brothers output (the last is Hudsucker).

Are the Coen Brothers capable of making a bad film? The evidence suggests no. This is yet another superb movie from this unbelievably talented pair. Witty, stylish, intelligent, multi-
layered, imaginative, great dialogue: all the things you come to expect from their work. This movie works on quite a few levels – I particularly like the way it plays around with the gangster genre.

Great stuff.
