FC Kahuna celebrate the Remix's birthday with their first ever live, non DJ set. Listen to fc kahuna audio feature (2 min)The acid-house revivalists are headlining the first anniversary of XFM's monthly club-night at London's trendy haunt Cargo. Dan and Jon 'Kahuna' have been DJing for years, playing along side the likes of the Chemical Brothers and David Holmes at The Big Kahuna Burger, their big-beat club-night. Two months ago they released their debut album, Machine Says Yes on City Rockers, but they've yet to perform it live - so far sticking to DJ only sets. However for this week's show Dan and Jon have drafted in ex Gus Gus singer Hafdis Huld (who sings on Hayling and Machine Says Yes) and a bass player. Support comes in the form of a DJ set from Missy Elliott's nemesis Jacknife Lee and rock-meets-dance from XFM residents James Hyman and Eddie Temple Morris. If you can't get down to Cargo, XFM (London 104.9FM) will be airing the highlights on the Remix from 9pm on 21 June. MW 17 June 02
