Acoustic folk with rainfall on the porch. You know those moments when music raises the hairs on your arms, makes you grin involuntary and has you nodding your head muttering something like, “Oh, yes”? Well, this six-track mini album from Martin Craft is full of those moments. It’s sort of folky acoustic singer/songwriter stuff but far more interesting, filled with fuzzy analogue production, the sound of Rhodes pianos, valve amps warming up and rainfall out on the porch. It’s an after hours collection that brings to mind the countryside and promises great things to come.
