We store some of your common ticket and journey information so we can populate the majority of your Claim Form and make the Claim process as painless as possible.

We keep a history of your Claims, so you can easily check which journeys you have already claimed for.

We also analyse the details of everyone's delayed journeys and let other interested registered Passengers know which trains have been delayed. This will be your reminder to make a claim if you had forgotten to do so.

The more passengers that sign up and use this site to claim, then the more delayed trains we can let you know about.

We do not submit the Claim Form to "one" for you as you need to sign it. You need to print it off and then either post it (address is printed on the Claim Form), along with the tickets for the journey concerned (as proof of purchase) where appropriate, or hand it to a member of "one" staff.
