Keep the faith.Short answer: itís good. Show Your Bones capitalises on the colour and confidence of single, Gold Lion, baffling the law of diminishing returns. More than The Karen O Show, as integral are Brian Chaseís on-point drumming and Nick Zinnerís distorted guitar, lurching into frame like a zombie. As on Warrior, which builds from intimate confessional to triumphant, half-speed chorus. Follow-up albums are too easily lauded as the Second Coming. This isnít. But fans will find it less curateís egg than holy roller.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs Ė Show Your Bones, released 27 March 06 on Fiction.
