Hi, I'm not one too used to giving reviews but I am a huge aphex twin fan. Aphex Twin (aka Richard D James) does a wonderful job on this cd or what I have heard of it so far. For those of you that enjoy any of Aphex Twins old albums, you're gonna be pleased with this. He has the same unique style as before but this album seems much more melodic than his others. Rather than an overly emphasized mechanical sound, James also manages to create a catchy melody for every song. His beats (especially in his window licker acid edit) are very innovative. I really like this album (26 mixes for cash), my favourite aphex for now. Even though aphex twin has an electronic reputation, those of you that enjoy "phat beats" might want to check this cd. I've gotten more than a few of my fellow drummer friends hooked on musicians under the Warp Records label.
