Paul Keating of Australia, Paul Martin of Canada, Gordon Brown or any Japanese PM of the past couple of years. He's perhaps wise to be out of politics, afterall his party and its leader were so roundly dumped by the people of Australia that Costello has at least reserved the option to reenter politics once the nuclear fallout has fallen.
