"to publically espouse personal views which did not accord with party policy"SF vaporize their people for doing that, Mr. Peel is lucky to have fallen in with people of quality and gentility. He has however raised questions about the probity of a UUP member or members of the committee that have to be answered. The joint committee need to quickly reform and get a joint statement out that is fully agreed and supported by both sides. The feeling among UUP and Tory supporters seems very firmly one of "Good riddance!"
