I think that the access to the culture (the purchase of the book, the cinema ticket, the theatre or else on the concert) due to enough high prices is significantly made difficult for average Polish people. The situation unfortunately will not take a turn for the better, since the new year increase rates Value Added Tax (VAT). In Warsaw remarkable is the building of the university library, nicely situated (over Vistula), with the green roof garden... Other alternative is the exchange read books with friends, or fairs of the cheap book. In my family the books also they were transferred from one generation to the next. In my opinion it is a good way on the inoculation "love to the books..."
