The aspect of 'push' vs. 'pull' is really intriguing. I wonder if the 5 billion mark as mentioned will indeed be as significant a moment as it is toted to be. I've been doing my part - albeit on a smaller scale - to promote social interaction on the web. I do this via gaming, education and social networking.
