As you said "Let's not lose the run of ourselves just yet" but in the meantime...really enjoying the run of good results, not one of which could be described as undeserved, and all of which have demonstrated great team display. Let's at least get out of the group before we start mentioning phrases like 'genuine contenders'. I think anyone who believes we can replicate 98/99 based on one cup game has come down the Lagan in a bubble. Great team performance from Ulster and now lets bring on Edinburgh. A real chance to make it two from two and then Stade have to come to Ravers first in December (Hopefully its a rotten December day as the French will hate it). Heading to Edinburgh this weekend and can really see Ulster getting the job done by four to seven points. Not this year I think, though there have been encouraging signs that this young team could go places. Humphreys is looking more confident, and the partnership with Paddy Wallace has plenty of creative talent. There seems to be a spring in the step under the new management team, long may it continue. I think our targets for this year should be to win our remaining home games and try to pick up an away win if we can. Mon 12 Oct 2009 12:37:05 GMT+1
