Absolutely right! Makes a change to hear a former player being so down to earth. Mind you, if he's after the Republic of Ireland's managers job he'd better sort Ipswich Town out first! If you look at wimbledon and other tennis tournaments the players each have so many challenges in a set and an extra one during a tie break. If you apply this to football each team could have so many challenges (made by the captain)which could go to an official with video evidence. If a team has used all of their challenges and a decision is wrong then tough luck (they should have used the challenges more wisely). If not then the Irish situation could be avoided. It's time for change and this will still allow the game to flow Thu 19 Nov 2009 13:37:15 GMT+1 Sarnia http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/fivelivebreakfast/2009/11/france_v_ireland_should_be_rep.html?page=0#comment0 It won't be replayed. Blatter has got the seeded team through (which is what he wanted). Thu 19 Nov 2009 11:40:11 GMT+1
