I just become aware of the disease. But I become more conscious when I come across some cold affected person. Actually it's quite threatening.- resume-writer Tue 14 Jul 2009 10:04:17 GMT+1 pithywriter http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/fivelivebreakfast/2009/07/how_is_swine_flu_affecting_you.html?page=11#comment4 Why no discussion about how this virus evolved? i.e the disgusting practices rearing pigs and chickens by American Corporations down there in Mexico, so they can exploit the workers there and use bad practice.Stop eating such meat! Eat only local produce and don't buy those supermarket meals which is where this s**t ends up.What goes around comes around! Has it peaked, what numbers, deaths if any etc etc. Tue 14 Jul 2009 08:42:15 GMT+1 zeldalicious http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/fivelivebreakfast/2009/07/how_is_swine_flu_affecting_you.html?page=5#comment2 I have no idea how they can tell the difference between a heavy cold, para flu or any other virus without testing. It's all very confusing. If I get it, I get it. Unless I want to completely isolate myself there is nothing I can do about it. Worrying, in itself, stops you doing the things you want. Life's too blinkin' short as it is, just live it and deal with what comes along. Bird Flu? Any other health scare of recent years? All overblown and over-hyped. It's sad for the individuals and their families concerned who have died but we don't know what other medical problems they might have had. Do you know how many people die of flu anyway in any given year? Tue 14 Jul 2009 07:53:33 GMT+1
