Jung Chang on The Late Show, BBC Two, March 1992 http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01yw9x9 [Though I've no idea of the Genome page. Clip synopsis just says March 1992 which is around the time Wild Swans was published in the UK]
Various "collections" have over time led to shows being added to this clips pages - I appreciate what you've said about shorter clips not being added at this time, but most of them are substantial pieces.
Plus there's all the stuff from Adam Curtis's blog:
(4) It would be nice to have a "archive" category which has all of this material in one place and again in some kind of chronological order, almost like seeing aspects of the history of BBC television all in one place across the themes.
(5) Similarly it would be handy to have a cross channel "exclusives" category which gathers material which is premiering on iPlayer before television OR iplayer only. This would be especially useful as the various arts exclusives come on stream.
(6) It's interesting that film and music have their own categories but everything else is lumped in together. Where will "Edinburgh" or Hay Festival" go? Theatre and Books don't have their own distinctions. Perhaps smaller categories in the arts section could be a ideas just as you're considering for the other mass categories?
(7) It would be nice is the "preview" was available via the Roku app as it is one the Freetime satellite boxes.
Other than that, well done! This is a vast improvement on what's gone before.
