Of course, one has to hope these days that what one reads, or hears, is what actually came from his lips. So many narratives to enhance; so little time.The issue in question is a tricky one, and I do wonder if certain genies will ever all be returned to their bottles. But one has to admire and empathise with all he... er... seeks.Having a super dooper way of knowing the last nuclear state has broken the rules might be very worthy and all, but if they are the sort not to play by the rules, it would be interesting to see what the rest might do about it.
