Back in 1988 when GB won gold we were one of the top clubs, we won the HA Cup in 1983, but sadly we missed out on getting an Astro Turf pitch.We have now got planning permission and 20 years on are in the process of raising the 400k approx, to get one. There is still very little money from lottery funding or any other Sport Aid. The local community and generous donations have helped us raise 125k and the rest we hope to borrow!!
