I am pretty sure that the Apple marketing, finance and developers departments will be happy to see the end of this enforced timetable. Me? Well, after the past couple of decades or so of scheduled Macworld's, I look forward to being surprised and delighted by the random timing of any new Apple Mac news and goodies; and yes I've been an Apple user that long as well. This was the poorest Macworld I can remember. The only thing of interest was the removal of DRM from iTunes - something that Apple were kind of forced to concede to the record labels' terms to do. If they don't release "The Next Big Thing" it's classed as a failure.iWork and iLife '09 look good, but this wasn't the venue to launch them at.Phil did well, but he's no Steve Jobs.
