Hi MrI, next match will be great: Murray versus Djoko..I expect definitely a great match between these two young guns: A match difficult to call IMO. Still, I really believe Andy has his chances to win this one:

Clay is definitely a better surface for him that other fast surface to meet Djoko..We will see

i feel the exact same way MrI

have always said his game will suit clay more than the majority of the top 20 in the world and was gutted he got injured last year about this time

cant wait til djoko match and ChipBud even if he gets beat i dont give a flyin foook cos he is still an amazing talent and for our country(Scotland) to have a top player is phenomenemenemenal...so get it right roon ye

OK here's my prediction for Murray vs. Djoker on clay.

Point 1 Murray plays a drop shot Djoker chases it down for a winner.

Point 2 Murray tries the same shot with the same result.

Point 3 just for a change he tries another drop shot.

Point 4 what no drop shot? Oh he double faulted...

Seriously if he learns when and where to use the shot he has half a chance. Still Djokovic should be too strong.

whats difference between losing the point going for a drop shot and losing point going for the line...there is none either way you are going for a shot which if played right will win you the point

drop shots are part of the game especially on clay more than other surfaces so get used to players using them and its not only AM who misses them from time to time

Good point bing, I think AM chooses when to drop shot better now, also a key part to Murray's game is his variety of shots, this stops his opponents getting into a rhythm.so even if he does miss some it keeps his opponent guessing what he'll do next.

Drop shots arent generally % tennis and have a lower probability of winning the point even if they make it over the net. But they are great when they work.

Used to love Agassi's drop shots - the ones that had so much spin they would bounce back over the net!

This will be a tough match to call. I think Murray needs to make a good start though and get his serve working to full effect.

I still want Djokovic to win though.

Nothing wrong with a dropshot, except when you try it from the baseline, and you've got a reputation for it so the opponent is expecting. Just on the latter reason alone Murray should stop em.

Having said that, Djoko is prone to the slightly nutty dropshot fairly often too :-)

Djokovic will probably win, which is fine, but I just hope Murray does himself justice.

A good win today. He was fairly solid.
Though he will have to play a bit better if he is to beat Djoko.
I would put Novak as fav but I would not be surprised if Andy won. Lets hope so anyway.
the plus point is he gets 75 points if he loses as he has no points to defend.
