sensationalbodhran (U5911816) posted Feb 23, 2008 Absolutely brilliant. Devil may care, attack from anywhere, great to watch. They are on the right track and by the time the next world cup comes round will be miles ahead of England, unless Ashton gets a contract which frees him, as the French are now free.

hawick (U3319534) posted Feb 23, 2008 I always maintained there wouldn't be a Grand Slam this year. With Ireland (at thw wrong moment) and France to come for the Welsh, I still suspect that it won't happen.

Secondrower84 (U11127287) posted Feb 23, 2008 This type of rugby is exactly what's wrong with the game. England kicking their way to yet another win. Get with the times and use the ELV's in Northern Hemisphere rugby...PLEASE!!!!

vinotackler (U6415807) posted Feb 23, 2008 It took the best part 3 games but we started to use the Tongam, bravo. But please, no more Balshaw, no more Regan, If fit let's start with Croft and Haskell, plus Tait at 15 - let's see some pace. Great game by Wiggly. I'd also really like to see JSD come in (in great form) and start with the TOngan coming on as an impact player

Stargazer (U2150250) posted Feb 23, 2008 Second rower, England scored two tries. Ok, the conversions were kicks, so was the drop goal, but most fans would think that 2 tries out of 24 points is a decent enough effort.

brengunthered (U10510890) posted Feb 23, 2008 To all those Wales fans out there getting excited, dont get too far ahead of yourselves boyos, you know that England really should have buried you if they hadn't started showboating, a fortuitous win over the shambolic scots and a try fest over the enthusiastic but limited Italians does not make you favourites for the title let alone the Grand Slam. Your pending defeat in Dublin will be the wake up call you need, but enjoy it while you can. As for tonites game, I cant believe how disjointed and error strewn the French were, why do they always leave their worst performances for England!

incrediblemadeupname (U2973413) posted Feb 23, 2008 England have just done Wales a big favour and Ireland still have to play England. Wales should beat Ireland, Ireland did look good but that was against a poor Scotland side. Don't forget that Ireland struggled against Italy and lost against France.

famousbiggun (U11127417) posted Feb 23, 2008 Why are the Welsh saying that the England win has handed them the Six Nations Title? They Still have to play two of the hardest teams in the competition, Ireland and France.

nowthennathan (U11056118) posted Feb 23, 2008 If only England could show some consistancy and string 2 halves together we'd be in front and laughing. However, I'd rather lose games and blood the youngsters - especially in the front 5. We need to be looking forward and not pandering to the media/public. We need to lose to progress.
