Desolation_row (U2325800) posted Jan 21, 2007 ^said "Cesc_is_God" ...hmmmm, anyway the Chelsea result changes alot of things Arsenal will now fall behind of 3rd place if they don't win, we on the other hand will leave at worst 6 points clear. I think alot of United fans would have settled for the status quo to remain after this weekend. As such all pressure is nowon arsenal to perform should be a good match.

osagieb (U7056451) posted Jan 21, 2007 i can see from your statement that you are biased. the pressure is on arsenal to win but united would come out tops. i am not a man unied or arsenal fan/supporter, but i am too optimistic united would be the first team to beat arsenal at the emirates.

Pepe MUFC Consoli (U6779391) posted Jan 21, 2007 No I don’t think it will be a walk in the park for either teambut to be honest I think we’ll win. I’m not sat here in London for nothing, I believe we can and will get at least a point out of this match. When we played you in September we were missing gigs vds, rooney and scholes had just comeback from suspensions. So with a fully fit squad I think we can win, especially with assets such as larrson. Anyway come on united!!!

osagieb (U7056451) posted Jan 21, 2007 it was a typo error. i am not American, i am from West Africa where the preiership games are followed religiously. Arsenal has the largest fan base in West Africa followed by Chelsea before Man United. they expect arsenal to win today, ut i think United would take all three points

BestWasGod (U6443282) posted Jan 21, 2007 I honestly believe that today's game could be a classic. Both teams play football the way it should be played (in the eyes of this idealist, anyway). Brian Clough famously said that if football was supposed to be a long-ball game, god would have put grass on the clouds. These 2 teams like to pass instead of play it long, and entertainment is guaranteed as a result. The result of the game might hinge on a moment of magic, but the number of candidates is huge - Henry, Ronaldo, Van Persie (if fit), Giggs, Fabregas, Rooney, etc. I'm a United fan, but games like this one are for football fans everywhere to cherish!

anasooney (U6907568) posted Jan 21, 2007 the score of this game is unpredictable such as every big game betwen two clubs but to be honest united got the edge united are much better defensively at the moment at the midfield fabregas is good thats right but i dont think he can match scholes yet + gilberto is missing + ronaldo is in such amazin form ... conclusion i think man united are the better team at the moment but still big games are always unpredictable

R-Keane (Manager) (U1788282) posted Jan 21, 2007 I'm very concerned about Arsenal. It only takes 1 slip forma fullback to let Arsenal in. I'm not even entirely convinced about the way we are playing. Arsenals warm up game was playing 10 v 11 against Blackburn mostly without Gilberto and c ame away with a 2-0 win. We played against a poor Villa side. I usually think this plays a part in it.

U6685535 posted Jan 21, 2007 As a Liverpool supporter not sure who I want to win todays game. It's sure to be a great game, but if you win we'll be 14 pts behind you and 4 pts infront of Arse nal. If they win they'll be only 1 pt behind us.

The_Uncredibles (U1683568) posted Jan 21, 2007 considering arsenal just handed the european champions 2 beatings in a row its a little premature to predict a manu win i think. Henry is rested and in form. Gonna tear up that red defence.
