What time does the race start?

6am for build up and 7am for race (but remember to put your clock forward or it's 7am and 8am if you forget to put your clocks forward)

If you're worried you will oversleep, you can record it or watch the repeat at 1pm

The programme starts at 6am on BBC1, if you use a mobile phone as an alarm it will automatically adjust (unless it's an iphone of course as they don't like time changes.
If using a standard alarm just move the time forward an hour before you go to sleep

Wouldn't it be 5am and 6am if the clocks aren't put forward?

Good point, I forgot we loose the hour so get up early for the race then back to bed after to get the lost hour back.

Go to the pub, get home put telly on to BBC1 with the volume turned up high, then if you are a true petrolhead, the sound of The Chain will wake you up.
Works for me every year<biggrin>

ok...but sounds like a double-edged sword to me.

Instead of hearing the chain....the voices of EJ, DC & jake humpries will make you go back to sleep again.
