You forgot to mention the masterful drive in Germany where he fought tooth and nail with Massa before eventually passing him to go on and win......

Fact is, he didn't win. He made a panic call, came in too early when the better strategists Hamilton and Vettel stayed out. Alonso choked, he's a bigger choker than Hamilton ever could be. FACT

Alonso choked, just like in 2007, couldn't handle the pressure when it really mattered.

He and Webber bottled it in qualifying when it really mattered.

erm, jose mark II he had the second best car this year, your idea of "wiping the floor with Hamilton" is just stupid because it didnt happen, overall he didnt win full stop. and im going to stick by this: he will never win a championship again!

Lets remember

Wins first race of the season and isn't WC (only other times this century is 03 & 05)

Engine Management? Had his first changed in Parc Ferme in Bahrain and blew one in Malaysia. Then down to limited running in later races.

1st corner spin in Australia

Jump start in China

Crash at Monaco

Getting caught out at Monaco on final lap (even though MS move was illegal)

Messing up behind a backmarker in Canada. Plus highest tyre-wear circuit of the year and finishes 3rd to the Mclarens.

Overtaking illegally at Silverstone.

Proclaiming 'he would win the championship at Silverstone'. 'The most arrogant driver on the grid'.

Making a team-mate move over in Hockenheim.

Crashing out in Belgium.

Claiming from Monza, the driver who finishes on the podium at the remaining races would win the WC

Brazil-Abu Dhabi midweek with saying he was 100% sure he would win the WC

Tyre management and strategy skills out the window in Abu Dhabi pitting too early yet Vettel and the Mclaren nursed theirs and got rewarded!

Not being able to pass Petrov and then blaming him for losing the championship.

Yep Alonso fanboys are such losers and sore and making so many excuses why their brat hasn't won.

End Result = Alonso 2nd in the Standings.

Does not matter how well the season went, the aim was to win the WDC which he failed to do.

Nando lost the WDC in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010.

It's that simple.

biggrin

You can say whatever you want but Alonso made more mistakes than Vettel this year.

Webber is, admittedly, a Number 2 and was invisible at a number of meetings this year.

If only that statement was true.

You have concentrated all your efforts into bashing Hamilton for the last 4 years.

You spend every spare moment scanning the internet looking for anything about Hamilton.

You get banned every day and come back for more.

You love posting the same boring rubbish because you think that the one stars are posted by people that like you.

One of your mates told you that you were funny and you were dumb enough not realise that he was winding you up.

Is it any wonder why you live a sad lonely life.

Hamilton choked again today!

LOL - If the roles had been reversed and Hamilton had been in Alonso position today you would have been on here laughing your head off.

Today Alonso and Ferrari bottled it big time.

Alonso the so called master tactician could have over ruled the pits decision, he could have made a passing attempt on Petrov, but the fact is they choked.

I know you would never admit it, but had it been Hamilton, you would be slating him on here tonight.

F1 drivers will always say anything other than winning is a failure it does not matter if you finished 2nd or 10th in a championship history will always remember the winner and nothing about the rest of the losers.

Hamilton had an outside chance of winning the championship as he was 24 points behind the leader with a max of 25 available.doh So how could he have bottled it?

Alonso would not have been a deserving champion this year due to the amount of rules that either he or his team broke this year

Yes just great enough not to flop when it most counted as he went into the last season of the race leading the title.

Facts are, he shold have kept his place against Jenson, and should not have played smart as he backed Webber up, by doing that he left himself NOT dictating the race, and at the misery of drivers who have pitted already.
