It will be like watching the Germans dismantle the English on sunday in the world cup when we play them at the Mellenium stadium during the six nations.

Seen it all before.

Maj, who is al and why is it important that he knows that Warren gatland would like to be NZ next coach?

And, if you actually read what you tried to say, you will note that he uses the word "I" quite often... get it?

Cyril, I suggest you help Maj with his spelling also. I think he needs it more than Pugh?

There was a time when Wales were very respected by New Zealand rightly so.That included club sides as well.BOTH sides have been disrupted by injuries signifcantly the All Blacks at home have very good reserve units. This was a good match for both sides Wales fronted up,the All Blacks proved they can win ugly too.
By there standards the AB scrum looked a bit flaky, but Mike Cron will sort that.
Wales at full strength will be here next year, and in a difficult group.
Every RWC the 6Ns sides SHOULD qualify from there group but ALL seldom do.
ABs have a tough group,a tactical loss versus France would mean an easier ride to the final.
For those getting there kicks from the We one a RWC away and been in 2 finals syndrome.
Ponder on this RWC ABs 2 finals, one win,one extra time loss after half the team vomiting with food poisoning[that is FACT the Suzi bit fiction].England s win was no better or worse than the Bok one.England have yet to beat the ABs in a RWC.ABs played BOKS 1992-6 0n 10 occassions 4 at home 6 away, winning 3 home plus a draw,4 out of 6 away[1 was RWC final].
AB coaches have a 80% win record sice going pro, with a 66% one versus BOTH SA and AUS.
Wales injury riddled as they are losing to the ABs at home is not shameful ,defeats in the pro era all comers v them at Home can be counted on one hand.
Gatland was both a good player and IS a good coach with better credentials than most NH coaches.
BUT and IF the NZ coaches fall Robbie Deans is first in line,

Oh Christ here we go again, losing 29-10 but that is somehow a good score for Wales. Its what you would expect from a bottom half 6 nations team who got dumped out the last world cup in the pool stages.

Ref NZ Coaches…

Steve Hansen, Robbie Deans and Warren Gatland would be my wish list for the All Black next coaching set up. <biggrin>

There’s lots of politics in the NZRU, ergo Steve still in the mix. (WS almost pulled the pin some years ago that’s why he’s not in the picture) But SH has been around, knows the score and more importantly wants the top job.

RD for obvious reasons, been an All Black, coached the All Blacks and knows how to get the best out of kiwi rugby players, be they great or still learning their trade. Plus he brings the added bonus of intimate Aus coaching knowledge.

Finally WG. Int’l coaching exp, ex All Black with intimate knowledge of Wales and the N/H mentality to the game.

I think after a fair swathe of our players heading overseas after the RWC 2011 we’re gonna need some sort of set up as above.

Whether there are to many chiefs in that set up is debateable… but if they can pull it all together watch out!

In my opinion Wales went out today with one intention and that is to keep the NZ margin of victory down. They were negative and gave away alot of penalties. Last week they thought they were in with a shout and went out to play. They were hammered. This week they just didn't want to be humiliated again.

As for all this 'respect' from NZ....who the hell cares if they respect another team! They are World class chokers. Havn't won a WC in 23 years and that didn't count because South Africa were playing in it!! I have no doubt that they will blow it again next year....even in their home country.

"I have no doubt that they will blow it again next year"

Keep your words ripe my friend.

A World cup win is a World cup win, you can only play who is in front of you. So what if the Boks were missing?? wasn't the 1987 All Black sides fault.
The ABs may choke but at least they still have not lost to England in the World cup!!

Thats because they weren't good enough to play England in the last WC or the one before that. Thats how the tournament works. They would only have played against England if they were good enough to reach the final on those two occasions....but they weren't....were they!

Haha, yeah okay mate. Perhaps England will beat the All Blacks in a World cup game one day, but whilst you have second rate super 14 and Kiwi league players in the side I can't see it.

If its not a WUM, maj, why aren't you asking Galliano and the rest ofd your chums to stop resorting to cheap shots and boasts, even thopugh you have only ever had one succesful world cup campaign. You are the epitome of the filth that clogs up these boards with anti Welsh postings, disguisewd as genuine attempts of discussion regarding Welsh rugby. You are English,m you are one eyed and you have nefver had anything in the least bit constructive to say about the Welsh as a team. Wales performed better than they did last week - the much vaunted 50 or 60 point hammering that uyou and yours were talking up this week, never materialised. Dont come on here pretending ypou want to discuss the position Wales are in as a team - you have made up your mind as to where Wales are and where England are and nothing will change that!! Stick to discussing how good England are, forget the prretences, and maybe some Welsh posters might not attach themselves to your "discussion", "Non-WUM" posts with a little less distaste.

lawsy26 - umm if NZ keep choking and losing early in the tournament its not England's fault is it?

Make it to another world cup final and you might get to play England again. Of course you need to make another final just to equal England's 3 appearances!

Look, the AB's are the best team in the world at the moment, but that was also the case before numerious world cups. New Zealand, France, and Ireland have all gone into recent world cups on the back of really good form and results, only to fail miserably.

If I were you, I wouldn't talk up playing NZ in a world cup(or out of it for that matter). Don't count on fluking your way to another final either, your luck's not going to last forever;).
