Adebayor's scintillating form

everyone knew he was class but it was always about attitude - today especially he is a total handfull for defenders

Ade played brilliantly for Arsenal and went off the boil later, so I dont think it indicates a difference between Wenger and Hughes - but only time will tell

Adebayor is on fire, if he keeps it up he may be in line for the golden boot

myopic gooners in conjuction with the greedy board (well dim-wit gooners actually think they got rid of Adebayor, so I will give them the credit) I really hope he does well for you guys, hopefully that will shut up his haters at the Emirates!

Adeybayor has gained instant respect from City fans, TBH I can't understand why Arsenal let him go, I'm beginning to think that Arsen had a bit of a brain fart TBH.

He has taken it to all comers so far, leaves defenders for dead and must be knackered at the final whistle, the guy never stops! at 25 million he looks like a bargian to me.

I wouldn't swap him even for Torres TBH, he can look a little ugly at times but he has a lightening turn of pace over a short distance and his hold up play as a traditional centre forward is as good as anyone. You cant have him back thats for sure.

Torres > Adebayor anyday. although he's scoring a few goals look who you've played, Blackburn,Wolves,Portsmouth... arguably 2 relegation sides and a bottom half side (blackburn)

Adebayor scored 30 goals for us, he was playing well like he is now.

Ade's record against the so called big boys stands up to scrutiny, the last time we beat manure at old trafford, guess who scored? I really hope the lad delivers for man city..

If city don't get on the Robinho's case, who half of last season could not be bothered, then why would they get on Adebayor's case, I still dont believe he is as bad as people make out at Arsenal, a lot of muppets just got on the bandwagon, remember the lad was injured for half of the season!

suitcase full of strikers? no more than most other premier league teams!! as long as ade feels the love, then,i guess he'll do well!! sometimes a change is as good as a rest!! arsenal get some cash we get a top draw striker(which we've not had since anelka) and arsenal will have to find another boo boy!!

Adebayor, had the same sort of thing as Thiery Henery. Becomes one of the top strikers in the league, scores goals, creats goals, problem to defenders, then Arsene Wenger sells him on??

I do not see the point...

Ade "feels the Love" at City, there is certainly a buzz felt by all at Eastlands right now and EA is thriving on it. Good news for us but hopefully bad news for you lot when you visit.
As for Hughes... he still has his detractor's and has a target to get league wise so is kind of on trial. I'm a blue and want City to do well so if MH can deliver then great.... however I don't think he's the man for the job. The 'special one" awaits ?

Adebayor is a class-act, seasoned Arsenal watchers will tell you that.

Goal scoring form is everything for strikers- EPL defenders are no mugs regardless of the team.

Man City will be top 3 this season and will surprise many with a title challenge- too many observers get carried away with the money spent.

An unbeaten season is not beyond Hughes...

Yes i think he was better then Anry, why the heck sell him?? He would become clubs legend if the managment didnt do this.
