Australia - England

comment on the article

Morning everyone,

I'm delighted to be on live text duty for the sixth ODI between Australia and England from Sydney.

You know the drill - 606 isn't open until 0900 GMT, by which time the game will be well under way, but we'd love to hear from you after that.

Thought Anderson's spell today was probably the worst ODI spell in England's history! Horrific display from Jimmy!

Steve Finn and the unhittable Mike Yardy were superb!

When will cricket authorities catch up with one day cricket? Australia did not win by 2 wickets. England had 4 wickets left, Australia 2! Australia won by 4 balls. How hard is that to grasp?

Big hoo ha from England, winning a series in Australia after 20+ years. Thank god they did not win every series otherwise they would have killed all of us with their own trumpeting!!

I can't believe you are using the excuse of to much cricket for England this summer. If anuthing it should be Australia struggling considering the amount of time they had to spend in the field over the Ashes series. Also Australia were still in India when England were already in Australia playing warm up games.

Yes I get that England have alot of injuries but they are crickets 12 months a year now. It is the same for all teams.

half this aussie side weren't even in the test side, although 2 more tests and that probably wouldn't have been the case anymore

I think you should check your calendar. Australia were not in India whilst England were playing their warm-up games. They had just concluded an ODI series in Australia against SL, ending days before England arrived.
