Tremendous opportunity for the non league side. That was a fantastic result yesterday. LOL need to work on their penalty taking though

i hope they get hammered---------------------I don't. I'm a United fan but I don't like to see any team get totally hammered and humiliated, particularly those from the lower divisions. As long as United show their class and win 2 or 3 nil, and Crawley give a good account of themselves and enjoy their big day out then I'll be happy.
im all for the glamour of the cup on these first blood to crawley would be excellent even 2 goals then back to reality by full time big win for united but moment of glory for non league team and great tvyoull be sat behind me so please dont throw things at us like the last lot that were there

Can you try punctuating please! Just the odd full-stop would help tell where one sentence ends and the next one starts!
Has yone else noticed that aside of replays, Arsenal haven't left London in the FA Cup?
just take a deep breath and read it...,,,,;;or fit those in if you wishits not o level englis its a comments page
"or fit those in if you wishits not o level englis its a comments page"Clearly. The point is, if your post is hard to read (and by hard I mean any effort at all) then the content of what you're saying is just going to be overlooked because:1. It takes more effort to read it than a post that contains punctuation2. It makes you look like a simpleton or a 10-year-old, so no one cares what you have to say. It's not like I'm asking anything difficult (unless you actually *are* a simpleton). We're not even talking O-Level English here; using full stops and capital letters is something Year 1 are supposed to be able to do at to achieve SAT level 1.It's typical of online forums that the most vocal are also the worst at conveying their point.
kind of off topic here, but im guessing the author of this post is a midget?strange comment i know.....
Been looking at a lot of the media reaction to this tie and because it's Man Utd away then yeah the old fashioned FA Cup David v Goliath tag does apply to this game. Its an exciting prospect and the sort of game that gets everyone talking. My whole gripe however with this media reaction is that the whole non-league' description of Crawley doesnt quite fit, esepecially in the way the media would let you believe. As a fan of another BSP club, and as any other BSP fan will tell you the term 'non league' doesnt mean the same as what it used to, especially to a Man Utd or Chelsea fan who still doesnt know what the BSP is. In this league, the top 1 or 2 could easily hold themselves in league 1 and the next 5-10 teams could hold themselves in league 2. There's only really a handful of teams in the BSP thesedays that capture what people outside of the lower leagues would class as 'non league football'. Crawley have players who could equip themselves in the championship no problems, and have a manager who, if it wasnt for a reputation that preceeds him, would be an excellent manager for any championship side. Crawley spent more last summer than most L2 clubs, and probably more than the average L1 or championship side. This fact shatters any fairytale that its a team of plasters, electricians and school teachers. The media will paint this picture when in reality this doesnt exist. Of course Man Utd away is a massive gulf and it would be a miracle people would rightly be talkign about in 30 years should they do the unthinkable at Old Trafford. Why my frustration? I just feel abit annoyed that the old non league tag is getting banded about again when it doesnt really exist for the majority of clubs in the BSP. The sooner the wider football community get this the better. The 2 down 2 up rule from League 2 to BSP needs reviewing as does whether another professional league should not be incorporated into the league system. If you're a fan of Man Utd, take a look at teams that Crawley play against each week - alot of names you know, all former established league teams like Luton, Wrexham, Grisby, Mansfield, Cambridge, York, all with decent grounds, big fan bases and proud histories.I am pleased for Crawley and I hope they give themselves and the BSP the publicity they deserve.
