It's been a while since we had a loan player from a prem club who made a real difference. When Irvine came it was mentioned a few times that we would possibly get some of the more promising everton youngsters due to the relationship between al and moyes yet we've had nowt.

Is wellens getting much of a look in at Leicester since Eriksson took over? Now him I would be happy to see in the blue and White shirt.

Wellens was playing for Leicester against Swansea. Saying that, so was Morrison, who apparently had a very good game and would be a very good signing, but ifhe comes in then someone is defintely on the way out.

Kimmy a few of my mates were at the same hotel on holiday as michael brown last year and trust me pal he wouldn't come to us. He's on a big wage at Pompey, had options to go elsewhere in the prem and the champ but wanted to stay at Pompey. We've more chance of signing Gordon brown.

Then there is tonge? Gone back to stoke i think, and wont be playing there. I'd sooner him than brown, just because brown is a massive c@nt!

I'd just like to see someone big and strong. When O'C, Potter, Miller arein there, we are just too light weight.

Tonge!! Still youngish 27-28 I think, the perfect fit. He'd be a realistic target aswell and I'd like to think relations between the 2 clubs is good considering we let them have whelan on the cheap.

Anyone got irvines number if so drop him a text tellin him we've got a cunning plan.

cant believe im gonna suggest this......
oh well here goes
michael brown, now i know he played for the blunts but he has that bit of devilment and creativity we lack, plus portsmouth are skint so i think hes worth a shout

No kimmyowl no flame from me, as imho he's exactly the type of player we need.
