Truly phenomenal player. A bit hot and cold but could really become a quality player given the time and the right coaching. I'm pretty sure Man u will prefer him to Obertan right now. What do you guys think about this player?

For all those who keep going on about West ham being bottom, they're not that far off 6th! And there are 20+ games left.

The PL only has about 5-6 competitive teams this year - all the others are at risk of relegation.

For those with (fairly) long memories it reminds me of the performance against yernited on the last day of the season in 1995. West Ham, already relegated and absolute bobbins all season suddenly played like supermen and denied Man Utd the title.

Alright, it's not as funny as that but still pretty hilarious!laugh

Do you think that West Ham are now dark horses for the cup or was it a bit of a fluke?

Hmm...
I don't think it'll have anything at all to do with the fact half of our players were reserves, the weather was horrible and that Fergie's lost it. In the 1/4 finals, you would not put a team like that on, especially if you knew you wouldn't have a second half to catch-up on.

What's embarrassing for me is the fact we won 7-1 to B'burn...and then we lost 4-0 to a team at the bottom of the Prem League. WHU fans...don't get your hopes up :L

Btw, LOL at Cameron's prediction of A.V winning 6-0 against Liverpool xD

Fair Play 4-0, but still, it was a carling cup match, Manchester United had a weakened (still very strong however) side out. It's hard being in the bottom three, as a wolves fan i saw us put in brilliant performances against United (twice), City, Arsenal And Chelsea, but then we lose to Bolton and Blackpool, so all i'm saying to all the hammers fans out there is, don't think everything'll fall into place now, it wont. But Good Luck And Good Result.

For United to play so appalling with the talent that they had on the field is a show of the lack of true talent within the squad that Rooney was clearly on about.

The majority of the players on the pitch last night all play a regular part in the first team and have many first team appearances between them. Anderson, Brown, Fletcher, Giggs, O'Shea all have vast experience but clearly lack the drive and/or the talent barring Giggs.

Has this Giggs kid broken into the first team yet? I've heard that he can play a bit!laugh
