Well it wasn't the greatest match, Stoke doing well to break up play. BBC say the penalty wasn't a dive, others say different. I won't comment till I see it again but I would say Stoke deserved to win due to west brom wasting their chances.Walters played well. Hoping pennant isn't out too long.

i watched it down pub yeh we weren't good but if that's how wba have got to 12th your in for a shock when the bad run comes which it inevetably will

and re walters he scores 2 GOALS in ten mins your rating him bad baggies fans? isn't that a striker's job? don't forget strikers (which walters is - by trade anyway) are judged on GOALS and today that's what he's done so don't come that

Long ball stoke, manager moans and groans for a few weeks then gets some decisions because of some dives.....maybe like Wenger....he didnt see it,.....like that shawcross tackle last year!!

I mean, l could mistake you for Barcelona with the positive brand of football you play! <doh>

Sure it will be back to normal next week with bitter pullis moaning about refs in his usual hypocritical way!

just think how bad WBA think stoke play we still stuff them home AND away year after year after year after year........., says a lot about how bad THEY are. I thought we were very average today yet still beat them 3-0, makes you wonder what the score would have been if we had played like we did against Liverpool!!!

WBA ARE IN FREEFALL!!!!!!!!!! QUICK OPEN YOUR PARACHUTES!!!!!!!

ok, Albion weren't very good today but take away the penalty decisions and what did Stoke create? Nothing.

There was minimal contact between carson and Jones and the 2nd penalty was also debatable since a shoulder barge is mostly permissible in the modern game - in fact, nearly always has been.

Surprisingly, there were no yellow cards in the game.

I think Stoke will probably be ok for this season but they didn't impress me much at all and I'm surprised that they don't get turned over as much as they do. I'm disappointed that Albion didn't get their game together since there are harder teams than stoke that Albion will have to break down this season - the confidence seems to have deserted them at the moment.
