So sorry about Owen Hargreaves. I am a Red and as for the Reds I have only three words to say - Lucky, Lucky, Lucky

As long as Drogba gets me some points in the Sun fantasy league then i don't give a to$$.

I'd prefer you to draw to be honest. That way Ivanovic won't lose me many points.

i suppose i have a genetic dislike, ney, hatred for United, but one thing i refuse to say about them is that they are lucky. ok, i think at times they get some favourable moments during games, but they just keep going. Alic has constantly built teams that never give up, and as much as i despise the man, he is the best football manager most of us will ever see.
i don't think United will win the title this year as Chelsea are currently the dominant force. we have to accept that. however, write off United at your peril. they aren't the force they once were, but home or away, you wouldn't bet too much on beating them.

there, humble moment over.

all mancunians smell of poo.

Ricinho

Recent history (Since PL)- Arsenal have won 3 PL titles and 5 FA Cups, equal to Chelsea, hardly the sign of dominance. I am a big fan of how Arsenal is run, and how they bring through young talent, but 'professional' football at the elite level is about results, about winning trophies, about the now- areas where Arsenal are currently behind their rivals.

-----------------------------------------------

Football is about history only it's called cycles, periods of time when a club has success.

As for winning trophies, look the likes of Portsmouth and Leeds, it's no good winning a trophy if a few years later your in the mire. Football clubs have to be run with good business sense.

As for the future Arsenal are in an envious position financially and with there policy of developing talent, it will be only a matter of time before they achieve success. No other club can show the same level of success in as many decades 20's, 30's, 50's, 70's, 90's and 2000's.

Man Utd were very lucky yesterday.

They played Wolves with a fairly strong side out and they were second best all game! Then they won in the last minute.

Lucky, lucky Mancs!!!

@kopman4: You need to go and concentrate on getting something off Chelsea today, muppet.

That may have been a fairly strong team by Liverpool's standards but not Utd's.

In case you didn't notice the following players were missing:
Rooney
Berbatov
Nani
Valencia
Owen
Carrick
Anderson
Giggs
Gibson
and we may as well include Hargo as he only lasted 6 minutes.

On top of those 10 players missing we had several who were playing suffering the effects of a virus.

Now off you go and get something from Chelsea.....I won't hold my breath though!

Man Utd were not lucky yesterday. They scored twice and Wolves once therefore they deserved their victory.

Teams have 90+ minutes to score and if they score in the last couple why is that suddenly lucky?

Wolves played well yesterday but only scored once.
Utd played well in patches and scored twice.

3 points won.

The league title will be between Chelsea and Arsenal. MU are just grinding out results but won’t beat Chelsea or Arsenal. They are wining due to the experience of Ferguson and some of their players.

Arsenal need to fight for points in every game to compete with Chelsea who can easily change gear.

United played ANOTHER poor game at home in my eyes. United was the better team overall but Wolves put up to much of a fight for my likeing especally at Old Trafford. Uniteds team is looking very bare at the minute and really struggling in midfield. Lets hope they can pick there game up against City on Wednesday. City will be gunning for us especally at the wastelands. Theres no room for mistakes and Uniteds Youngsters need to stand up show the the Premiership what there made off. This is a must win game for United, for one they would go top of the league putting pressure on Chelsea and secondly we don't want to give city that boost to fight for the premiership. If City lose against United it would be a massive set back for them and a confidence destroyer.
