Lets not get carried away

Premier League Arsenal

Another good performance, goals from all around the team, but we're only 3 points ahead of Blackpool and still missing too many chances for my liking. Arshavin looked the worse culprit today.

Things are looking good, and we couldn't have asked for a better start really, we've gained ground on United & City today aswell.

Come on you Gunners!

Only 3 points ahead of Blackpool!!! What kind of comment is that, Arsenal have no control over Blackpools points tally, the performace v Blackpool @ the Emirates shows you the actual gulf between the teams!!

Some of our supposed supporters are an embarassement & should grab a slice of reality, like the plumb behind me yesterday ragging Chamakh for his miss just prior to scoring his header.

Just 2 points behind the leaders is what we should be focusing on, whom have had an easier start than us.

"like the plumb behind me yesterday ragging Chamakh for his miss just prior to scoring his header."

Really? Shocking, surely he should have been encouraging him for the well timed run in behind and being comfortable taking it on to his weaker foot and having a go. It was a smart save from the keeper, quite close to him but not straight at him. He's a very good asset this season as without him, we'd be struggling with both Bendtner and van Persie out, playing Arshavin up top yikes

Umm... 4 games into the league so what do you expect?

Besides, Blackpool should really be just 1 point behind. After losing to us, they should really have won their drawn game.

I remember United having only 2 draws and a loss after 3 games a couple seasons back - we all know how that one ended.

Well said Powling.

I hate some of our supporters. If we win 5-0, they'll find a reason to moan that it wasn't 6-0. They're the kind that always have to have a player to dislike, no matter how well the team's doing. Despicable.

A comment in jest, ever heard of tongue in cheek? I didn't ask the BBC to put it on their article!

Of course since then Liverpool have dropped more points so we're now gonna win the league, its a shay, its a given!
