Can GB continue the medal rush after the flying efforts of Phillips Idowu and high jumper Martyn Bernard on Thursday.

Tonight sees Christian Malcolm and Marlon Devonish in the 200m. Andy Turner and Will Sharman in the 110m hurdles. Martyn Rooney and Michael Bingham in the 400m. Jenny Meadows and Jemma Simpson in the 800m. Also big hopes in the men's 1500m.

And not forgetting Jessica Ennis who continues her opening day in the heptathlon.

I'm sticking my neck out and going for six more British necklaces. Talk of a mad man? What do you reckon?

Get involved now. Video/TV coverage from 1715 BST and live text gets going at 1701 BST. I'd love to see you on board.

djlovesyou, I am loved by everyone over here because of my wonderful personality. God knows which queue you were standing in when God was handing those out ;) Bring it on people ;)
Sorry my little opinion upsets you all so much. Why don't you tell me what you think about the man instead of personally insulting me?

No.... we will continue to call you a racist and a xenophobe because there is no place for either on these boards.
