Mind you, we are nothing like as spoilt nor ungrateful as Real fans
Spot on m8, least ye also werent in 150mil debt, get the gov to buy yer training ground for 150mil and then build you a new one, its why Barca are so great, yeah TV money deals fallen through but the fans own it, so 20 quid each buys a 30mil player.

He is the best centre back at united and he makes rio look good,

----
Mate you knwow nothing, play Pes, a pairing and their understanding is greater than the sum of each, finding that click between quality centre backs is most important, not who is better. Vidic is the grafter rio has much better positional ability and better on the ball by miles, two rios or two vidics would not work at all.

Yeah they have a good pairing im not saying they dont, im just stating the fact that vidic is a better centre back, 08/09 he was up for best premier player. If you look at evans vidic was better than evans rio, vidic is a far better player for me,

To be honest its got nothing to do with no talent why england where bad the wc he picked players that werent playing for clubs, not fit Players like young, huddlestone, walcott, ohara,,cahil all were having wonderful season should have been there.

in the past 7 seasons we skinned ur defence para 2 games.

Well in the last 7 years ye lost 4 no 5 maybe 6 league games 3 in the last two seasons and a few under houlier, not including cup final. And the the wins at anfield 3 n 4 years ago were against the run of the game, but a win is a win no less, just contradicts your comments

As with most of us LFC and MU fans, we watch our own club to win and watch hte other to lose, is that rightsmiley I watch MU a lot, hopng ye lose but I watch none the less.

Way I see it, Rio leads, is the clever one and can marshal Vidic and the others, he's the brain, ragardless of even form, he runs the defence, ye aint had a goalie to that since the great Schmichael, Edwin does not run the defence as then if he did, Ferdie would not be such a big miss when he is not playing, it aint all about skill, its quickness of mind, some got it some dont, it can be thought to an extent but only through training, but a lack of true sharpness is exposed when you come up against the best players.

Vidic is miles ahead of Ferdinand who is just about the most overrated English player since Bryan Robson.

My spelling and proof reading is absolutely aweful it seems, jaesus.

You cant really compair em directly, different styles of CB. Like Terry anc Carvaliho, latter spelt wrong possibly. Two good players, as much as I hate to say Terry is good, but very different, Vidic has not got the presence to be a leader I'm afriad. I do concede Rio is a bit of a ball watcher rather than grabbing a spare man, something Vidic is great at.
