Great ride from Ryan Moore, but my god the man looks as though he's just won a seller at Lingfield.

Snow Fairy? Who is that?

She is bred not to stay 12f.
Last year she was beaten 3.25l by Long Lashes who in turn was beaten 12.5l by Termagant. Why was Termagant not in the Oaks? Does anyone know?

Termangant was not in the Oaks because she ran a bad race in the Irish 1,000 Guineas.

I am taking nothing away from the winner, but the amount of ground she made up in the straight (pretty much from last to first) tells me it wasn't a great renewal. I was very disappointed with the first 5 or 6 in the market who were basically out of it and back-pedalling in the last 2F.

The winner did it very well.It may pay to keep an eye on the Tregoning filly, she appeared uncomfortable all the way, baulked, lost interest but still ran on.Interesting, going righthanded and flat track. Longchamp, Donny.
Be lucky

That wasn't just a great ride, that was one of THE great Epsom rides, comparable to Piggott at his best and Fallon's epsom. tour de force on Kris Kin in 2003. It was sheer brilliance from the Champion, personally i don't care if he doesn't smile much. He's painfully shy but he's made much more of an effort with interviews this year anyway. As a punter we back the top jockeys because when the money is down, we hope they will produce that extra bit of skill and finesse that will make the crucial difference. When a jockey can produce a ride like that and you've got the dough on, it doesn't matter a jot how smiley his post race interview is.. Piggott never smiled much did he and because of his hearing impediment his post race interviews were not great - didn't stop him becoming a household name

He,s extremely shy and the more people get onto him about it the worse its gonna get. He,s like Ryan Giggs used to be and Scholes still is but in time his self confidence will improve. He is the best jockey riding today.

Well said Still game..totally agree about Moore although i think Claire Balding is one of the better racing presenters on the box..there are certainly many worse on the BBC team

I'm not just talking about the interview he gave after the race.

It just seems to me that he wasn't enjoying the moment having won his first english classic, treating the race like it was another day at the office.

Now to compare him to Giggs or Scholes is wrong, they score a goal in an important game you see their emotions.
