Good to see Hook puting his hand up for a shot at the Boks and Prydie has another crack at the big time.

AWJ on the bench is a surprise to me but, all in all, not far different from most of us would have picked I would suggest!

I suspect AWJ is being rested partially for New Zealand after finally showing us the AWJ of old on Saturday.

Suprised Bishop is not starting but i am sure he will get game time. Not a bad side overall and i am please for Harries.

Suprised to see Prydie in there. A weakened Italy team carrying injuries and South Africa is a complete different kettle of fish. Good luck to him.

Prydie's selection just goes to show that Gatland really does favour the big, physical guys. Halfpenny was young when he was first capped but at least he had stepped out for the a few times. Prydie is literally going straight into the Lions den. Hope it goes well for him!

C'Mon Wales!

@Dave Morgan

If Prydie's 'literally going straight into the Lions den', then Gatland needs to get down to the zoo and get him out sharpish.
