DAVID VILLA

Premier League Manchester United
comment on the article

He's signed for Barcelona in a deal worth 34 million pounds . He was one player that was constantly linked with United last year and this as well . it will be interesting to hear from him this week considering he wanted to join us . Do you think he will be a success at Barcelona ? Are you gutted that he's not joining us ?

surely barcelona will let go of players at the moment they got 8 strikers

bojan messi pedro ibrahimovic keita henry villa jeffren

yayo toure and chiengrienski or however you spell should leave

and out of the strikers henry 100% to leave and i doubt ibrahimovic would move, but i just see him leaving

Secondly, out of curiousity, do Italy and Spain have/had TV programmes dedicated to PL, like we used to have with Richardson's Gazetta on Channel four in the 90s?
------

How about this: we get more free-to-air PL footy than Liga footy.

-------

I know Canada has more Prem League football on TV than england does lol

pedro and jeffren play on the wing, keita is a CM.

They do have too many though, should loan out Bojan and do everything to flog Ibrahimovic.

The Premier League is like the housing market, built on debt;

- the very same with the la liga, and if i remember rightly, la liga have more debt than the premier league.

"That finding is contained in Uefa's official report, The European Club Footballing Landscape, a copy of which has been seen by the Guardian, which analyses the 2007-08 annual accounts, the latest available, of all 732 clubs licensed by Uefa. It calculates the combined debts of just 18 Premier League clubs at just under 4bn (3.5bn), around four times the figure for the next most indebted top division, Spain's La Liga."
