Paul Casey has pulled out of the defence of the Houston Open in a bid to be fit for next week's Masters.
The world number six, 32, has hurt his shoulder and neck, and has pulled out as a precaution.
He says it is not linked to the torn rib-muscle injury that kept him out for six months last year, but after playing through the pain in 2009, he has decided not to push it this time.
Casey, who has a best finish of sixth in 2004, believes he has the game for Augusta. Do you agree?
And what do you make of Casey's approach? Obviously he knows his body better than anyone, but can you see him competing for the green jacket next weekend?
