Give your full reactions as Liverpool beat Lille 3-1 on aggregate to go through to the Quarter-Finals of the Europa League. It looks like Torres is just getting back into form, just in time for the big game.

Saw it on TV in a pub full of scousers. When the Fulham result was announced, one of them said "We'll have them next; small club, no worries". Cue lots of cheering.

And LFC fans wonder why everyone hates them.

U r fluffy as capitor of nonsense - we do have eyes when we watch a match - we do criticise when liverpool plays badly example like against Lyon - But we were out of form for some short period and concided late goal, no excuses - but if u say Lille is a hanky panky team then u should seriously look into the mirror or see a doctor to be honest....

If some of LFC Fans said that Fulham is a small club, then this is not the veiw of the entire LFC Club or Fans .... as LFC Fan I would like to apologize for that comment and as a fan we do want all the other club fans to respect and support our LFC : except the ManU's

"...how hypocritical.....
I can only assume you don't understand the meaning of the word hypocritical.
In what sense does the fact that Liverpool drew and lost with Lyon in the champions league, make my comments about Lille hypocritical.
Look,if your going to attempt to use long words, first of all try to understand the context you are using them in,and first and foremost make sure you actually know what the word means."

Ha ha ha. Spat my coffee out reading this. Agree with everything jlou70 has said. Good win, good game against a pretty good side if not fantastic.

Richard - you just made that up didn't you. You are not a Liverpool fan yet nearly all your posts are about Liverpool and you have even written a load of anti - Liverpool articles. What on earth is wrong with you?

As a Liverpool fan it was great to see both ourselves and Fulham prgressing and kudos especially to Fulham for beating Juve. Whilst I have some sympathy for the argfument that we beat a third rate team whose only claim to fame is being the last stop before Disneyland, clearly being touted around by Mancs fans, you have to say that you can only beat the team put in front of you unfortunately, you couldn't even do that in the FA Cup against Leeds. Whether or not Leeds & Lille are comparable is irelevant, we all have our off days just the same.

I'm actually going to go out on a limb & say that we will beat you on Sunday. Not because of anything special in our performances against Portsmouth & Lille, our Defence still makes me nervous as a long tialed cat in a room full of rocking chairs but, I think Benitez has United's number now. The Mancs fans are right, we do treat this as our Cup Final but, I don't see anything wrong in that & I don't think we should make any excuses for it. Also, we HAVE to win at least for no other reason that it dents United's ever increasing threats to our records & trophy hauls. Just some food for thought for the Mankies, would you rather win the Europa Cup or come runner up in the Champions League? YNWA winkeyewinkeye

Richard (U5494855) you've gone to the wrong pub mate or as Leeboy says, you are making this up. LLFC have the most humble & respectful fans in the world, I know - because I am one of them. YNWA winkeyewinkeye

I knew it. When Torres and Gerrard returned, they gave a whole new definition to the term 'Liverpool'. It'll be interesting to see their game against United on Sunday.
