Hearing news that they are now fighting on May 29th! Obviously valuev fell through, but I thought sosnowski was already down to face fraudley? Think vitali needed a fight quick so he can face haye later this year

surely it would have been better sense for vitali to fight audley than albert, i know that sosnowski is champ but audleys gotta be a bigger name and therefore attract bigger publicity/bums on seats and it would look better on vitalis record in the long run. how many people would pass up the chance to ko an olympic champ.

In relation to the article on the BBC website about this - Harrison beat Coleman Barrett in the final, not Scott Belshaw.

I think it's a testament to Audley's ability and self-belief that he's still in the mix with legitimate heavyweight title contenders.

Or... Sosnowski is clearly running scared of Audley and has opted for Vitali because he believes it will be an easier fight for him.

Sosnowski is by no means running scared of Audley.
If Harrison believes he's a European and World contender just because he's knocked out a few journeymen in Prizefighter, he' clearly as deluded as we thought.

This is the best thing that could have happened to Harrison. The guy has never had what it takes to be anywhere near World Title level and his prime came in 2000 at the Olympics.

He's had a better career and earned more money than other fighters better than him. He should now consider retirement and perhaps, bring as he's well spoken and appears quite intelligent, should pursue a career in sports journalism. As the heavyweight scene is likely to be back at the forefront of boxing for the next few years, he could find his calling there.

Time to call it a day Audley, no more embarassing performances, please.

Guys, get it right, will you? Harrison beat Coleman Barrett in the final of Prizefighter, not Scott Belshaw. This is the 2nd time the mistake has been made. As for the postponment, it's no big deal, Harrison will just have to wait until a later date to be exposed.....again.

Sonowski was a tough opponet for Audley but he isnt for Vitali. Thats like going from one extreme to the other. I dont know why Vitalis picked this opponent because theres surely many more deserving challengers. I watched Solid beating Barrett last night, he would make a good fight of it. So would Tua who despite inactivity is better than most of the rubbish out there.

Maybe Vitali views this as an opportunity to showcase his talents and he probably deserves a defence of his choice because he is pretty active for a heavyweight. He fights more regularly than the younger smaller fighters which is quite impressive considering he retired due to injuries and he has commitments to politics.

Vitali is a successful man no doubt about it and I dont see that changing when he fights Sonowski.

Sonowski neither has the talent, nor the stamina to give Vitali any trouble. His defence is weak and his blocks are inaccurate...he will be on the canvas before half-time!

I am a little disappointed about this fight, there would have been much better ones out there...
