It is a great win for Arsenal but seriously something needs to be done. The FA needs to own up to the responsibilty of the damages done by bullying. We try to curb bullying in schools but in professional sports we become less interested which is a shame.

If I was Ramseys parent, I'll be sueing the FA for exposing my child to dangers of the game.

It was Eduardo and now Ramsey...lets see if the FA will do something about it this time

@ Dr stupid Nutmeg, what tackles in that match are you referring too donut? anyway when did our players break someone's leg

Its the excessive force that breaks people's leg, when do you see Nesta, Rio or Ledley make tackles like that agriculture player did.

Get over yourself, you self-made victim, you. it was a 50-50 ball, Ramsey got there slightly before Shawcross and unfortunately got his leg broken. It's not anywhere near as nasty as Martin Taylor's tackle on Eduardo was, and even that wasn't malicious. You're going to have to accept that contact occurs in football, and injuries will happen. If you want a definition of malice, look at replays of Roy Keane Vs Alfe Inge Haaland, and ask yourself, is there any similarity whatsoever?

whinge whinge whinge.

Are the fa going to do something about Arsenals poor disciplinary record? how many red cards since Wenger took over? the man has a short memory nobody likes to see a player injured the way Ramsey was but it happens, i dont think Stokes fans or manager would have been happy if Shawcross had pulled out of the challenge. Some of us remember Vierra and Bergkamp stamping down on peoples achilles even Van Persie isnt shy about kicking players or the fact Arsenal had the worst discipline in the league not so long ago. A great manager Wenger is and Arsenal are a great club but the nonesense Wenger comes out with on interviews is very petty and childish if his team cannot get there own way imo.

"Nice guy, i think not"

So wait, three tackles in his whole career makes him out to be a thug, or not a 'nice guy'? Remember people are not saying he should be exempt from punishment,t hey're saying it was not malicious.

Others saying Ramsey's leg broke before Shawcross came in but that's bull. Ramsey's leg was just vlnerable with the force Shawcross came in with and his timing. I think Shawcross will have learned a lesson from this.

Looking at the video Bendtner impedes Shawcross as he chases the ball making him mistime the tackle.

Your point proves exactly what I said before that he is an agriculture player, no football brain whatsoever. If a player blocks him thus delaying him then firstly he should point of his teammates to cover him, 2nd he should get close to Ramsey and cover the pass to centre of the pitch thus sending him done line.

Top players make good decision on the pitch while brainless cloggers that Pulis & Allardyce are inspiring to play in the prem are what will always stop us from achieving something at national level.

I am sure someone said "Oh he will learn" after he broke Jeffers's leg then damaging Adebayor ligament from tackling ADE was OFF the field http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2008/11/05/article-1083093-02543B85000005DC-487_468x316.jpg and now Ramsey. Something is wrong with him - he either doesnt know the rule that excessive force is illegal or needs coaching on tackling or he is negligient.

supergunner07 As for your petty rant, no arsenal fans never claimed that the 1998 or 2002 team were holy.
No just your manager. All you state are opinions which you are entitled to as am i. You say check the rules excessive force in a tackle is not allowed, plenty of incidents happen on a football pitch that are not allowed but this dont stop them happening. I think Gerry Francis in the week just about summed up how everybody feels about Wenger.

Just bcuz illegal tackles happen and are unpunished doesnt make it right for the illegal tackle to take place. Also, isnt pathetic of you to mention what Gerry Francis in all of this [who is a Stoke Coach just in case you dont know], what else do you expect him to say. Please keep knickers on next time before getting them in a twist
