Hey guys, just wanted to quickly express my view on robinhos performance on saturday, i know alot of articles have been done about the match, alot has been said with different opinions but i noticed a few comments stating robinhos performance was a bit of a low.

In my opinion (i state this is only my opinion), considering his injury problems and coming into such a big game, he made a huge impact overall for the team. You can't play many players whith his type of presence which is enough to worry any defender and even him playing can boost the lads around. Fair play, attacking he wasn't at his best but defensive was the best i seen from him. The fact he kept running back deep into our half to help the defence or make up for a mistake was truly outstanding compared to last season.

Let me know your feelings and if you noticed what i saw or am i talking rubbish which i usually end up doing. :(

Thanks guys, have a good night.
Darren.

Man city fans should stick by him. He is a world class player and coming back from Injuries will need a little while to get back up to playing at a high standard. Would love him @ united.

Real Madrid fan here.

Sorry to see him go, he was the best we had at the time and his departure was a blunder on the part of the then President Calderon.

He's a great talent and I'm sure you haven't seen the best of him yet.

Just keep him away from the girls and the night clubs.

To be honest, I thought it very strange when he was substituted against Chelsea, how he run over to shake hands with Ancelotti..

Could his performance was a way to say "See what your missing" buy me in January, I want to go clubbing every weekend in London...and play Champs league Football.

I think it was kind of childish of Robinho running over to shake hands with Ancelotti. He needs to grow up and play to his full potentials. If he keeps warming the bench, his rating will also keep warming the low grades, and before long his value in the football market will evaporate.
He needs to buckle up under Mancini or he will mess up himself and career.

1. Robinho isnt loyal to Man City and shouldnt be. They wont be to him and should have known what they have bought. A moody, arrogant, lazy player.

2. You cant buy loyalty when such huge money is involved.

3. Barcelona arent interested.

I hope he goes. His work ethic and commitment levels are at times pathetic. He leaves us exposed down the left, and never tracks back and get his hands dirty. I understand that's not really his game but in a fair proportion of PL games it goes with the territory.

he has not grown up from the time he was 12 and everybody wants to play in attack and the fat guy is the goalkeeper.
Expensive furniture he has become.

apon hearing barca's statement about not signing him, robihno announces he'd like to be at city for the next 15 years until his body breaks down, then he'll join city's coaching team until he retires at the age of 120. he'll request his body be buried under the pitch.

Can someone please explain the Robinho situation to me?

From what I've seen he was injured for absolutely ages and so couldn't play and what happened as a result of this the papers were saying that because he wasn't being picked that he wanted to leave but if he was injured then surely that story is balls?

I have been waiting for so long to watch him to play like he can! but he seems to have one problem or another with the team he plays in. So never gives 100%.
