Why oh why did England open with Denly and Cook.Poor management here.Its time Sir Geoffrey was appointed advisor.What a shambles.

I do not think you can blame the batsmen for this loss nearly not musch you can do about so many 6s and 4s from some very rubbish bowling.
If thats the best the England bowlers can do they may as well come home now.

It happened because the most gormless man to captain England was at the helm. Collingwood, Strauss, Swann, Anderson or Pietersen at the helm would have realised the stronger batsmen needed to have the most time if we had any chance of getting close to that target, not a known barn-doorer and a stroke-limited newcomer who would have been full of nerves considering his 2 games so far have ended with GOLDEN ducks.
Two of KP, Trott and Wright should have opened, its the only chance we would have had. Besides when Colly comes back, either him, KP, Trott or Morgan is gonna have to move up to open, theres not enough middle order places for them all in T20!

Also why is Mahmood in the squad when Hoggard (the best bowler in the country) is fully fit?

We're far too negative to begin with, we let the bowlers settle and find rhythm.
