Welcome on board Mark (providing the paperwork is signed for Monday) in Dmac and yourself we trust. Dmac was right with Fergie and us Poshies should give you a chance to shine. The championship status of our club is in your hands :)

Good luck and hopefully 3 glorious points at Bramell Lane a week Saturday.

I agree it was time Fergie went but not happy at all with DM getting a non league manager...

Sorry to say that we are now doomed as a CCC side and DM went for the cheap option.

Hope Mark Cooper does a good job at Posh but have no confidence at all with the board on picking an inexperience manager...

We were certainly doomed with the path DF was following.
According to a Radio Northampton reporter, the first thing he does at a club is get his defence sorted.
That will give him plenty of overtime this season. The only thing that slightly concerned me was when the guy said that Kettering had been accused of using the long ball.
But this was said to be `unfair` because it was mainly based on the fact that they had their own Rory Delap.
I`m quite sure that if we had one in the team we too would have used him.

Mark Cooper is here now, so lets hope that he dos`nt get the `Lewis` treatment. Fans that pounce on every perceved mistake.

Get behind the fella, and the team.

Have you considered that he might sign up some promising non-league youngsters for you.;)
