Jonathan Trott top-scored for England with 85.

England XI 294 for 7 (Trott 85, Strauss 72, Morgan 67*) beat Diamond Eagles 109 by 185 runs.

SCJ Broad, JM Anderson, SI Mahmood, GP Swann and PD Collingwood picked up 2 wickets each.

They did the necessary, but Denly missed out again. I wonder how many failures he will be allowed before Cook takes over?

In ODI's Denly has had 1 score in single figures in 9 innings not too bad eh considering most of those were against Australia. Its Prior who should be worrying at the moment, with Keiswetter available in February and Davies firmly in the squad....
Gotta give credit to Saj Mahmood. I'm not his biggest fan but he came in a did a decent job.

just shows with mahmood that having a small stint with the england squad and then having time to work on his game at county level makes a much better bowler overall
