Murray still troubled by wrist

by Tiger Tim (U9778174) 04 November 2009
comment on the article

Murray's wrist still is'nt right, requiring ice during his first round win in the Valencia open. There must be doubts over his chances in the Paris master's and tour finals in London.
The Davis cup could end up being very costly, and he's ditching the Fred Perry clothes line at the end of the year.

IC : "I notice you were unable to refute my claim that you, sir, are a muppet!"

You seem under the impression that any claims you make should be treated seriously? Life doesn't quite work like that. The simple response is to is to question this 'claim' by highlighting some of your more dubious claims in the past and in doing so establish that your claims seldom amount to much.

"I might talk some rubbish but I am at least able to admit it, unlike you. You seem to believe everything you type, which is concerning."

For you and for me. Half the time it's just a windup when I say Murray won't even make the QF's of a GS, yet when it happens, well I feel like perhaps even in jest I'm a a genius.

"I thought I'd point out that I haven't been away. Just busy. Certainly too busy to trawl through someone's post history for Sunday afternoon kicks."

Trolling through old predictions (particularly yours) was actually quite entertaining.

It is slightly amusing though Zulu that you laugh at Murray fans returning to the boards now that he's back playing (and winning) again, when in fact we've been posting continuously over the period of his injury (including shock horror about... other tennis players), whereas you and vbrege effectively vanished.

Perhaps put a better way it's more the brashness of Murray fanatics than the mere number of threads dedicated to Andy's imminent maiden GS title. I guess now that Andy's back on his quest to become world no 1, we can all enjoy look forward to some quality posting.

I don't think that is put a better way. It's quite hard to work out what you're trying to say.
