The Aussies were missing Rocky Elsom. When Rocky comes back they will be a much stronger team.

There wasn't too much between the two teams and there is still a lot of rugby to be played in this tri-nations.

Came right towards the end though and held off an impressive Aussie outfit. AB's have a very strong bench which is huge in the last 20 and it showed.

As for Brits taking potshots, calm down, we all saw your rubbish in this years 6N, it took a few rounds to get going, expect the same for the 3N teams - and let's not mention the beatings in last year Autumn tests. Embarrassing.

Valid comments UKKiwi01.

We also saw the embarrassing Lions suffer yet another series defeat, capitulating in the set pieces and at the breakdown where you thought you were the strongest.

You needed to draft a kiwi into your team to set up a couple of tries for you winkeye

Seems a bit silly writing off the ABs seeing as they are probably playing the worst rugby they are capable of and yet are still beating the third best team in the world.

By no means are they the finished product but who wants that in 2009 when the RWC is in 2011!?

Have the rules changed as the breakdown was appalling, tacklers didn't roll away, 2nd, 3rd, 4th man in off his feet, more hands in the ruck than an octopus, coming in from the side and not a single yellow card !! Pity SA referees didn't apply the same rules during the Lions tour.

"Pity SA referees didn't apply the same rules during the Lions tour."

There were no SA referees in the internationals? And in fact the referees did quite a good job in this area of the games.
